What Your Complete Plant Includes
The line starts with a flume washing and sorting system that removes dirt, stones, and unripe or damaged fruit. From there, a thermophysical crusher heats the tomatoes to inactivate enzymes that cause viscosity loss – a critical step for paste quality. Next, a finisher removes skins and seeds, sending puree to the evaporation section. Our triple effect falling film evaporator concentrates the puree to your target Brix while using up to sixty percent less energy than single effect systems. Finally, a sterile flash cooler and aseptic bag filler package the paste into drums or totes under completely sterile conditions. No preservatives. Twenty-four months shelf life at ambient temperature. Ready for export anywhere in the world.
Installation, Training, and Long Term Support
Our engineers travel to your site for installation supervision and commissioning. We train your operators for seven to fourteen days, until they can run the line independently. After handover, you receive twelve months warranty on all equipment and lifetime technical support. Spare parts are available for immediate shipment from our regional warehouses.
