2. Automatic Filling System
Bottle Line: Three-in-one filler (rinsing + filling + capping) for PET/glass bottles – speeds from 2,000 to 36,000 bottles/hour
Can Line: Isobaric filler + can seamer for beer, carbonated drinks, and juice – customizable speed
Pouch Line: Rotary or reciprocating packaging machine for stand-up pouches, spouted pouches, and frozen pops
3. Post-Filling Packaging System
Automatic unscrambler → empty bottle/can inspection → filling & sealing → level inspection → labeling/sleeving → coding → shrink wrap/case packing → robotic palletizing
4. Auxiliary Systems

The automatic aseptic filling machine is specially designed for liquid aseptic filling. With small floor space, high working stability and convenient operation. Aseptic filling machines are widely used for aseptic packaging of fluid foods such as juices, pulps and jams. The product can be stored for more than one year at room temperature, eliminating the cost and risk of cryogenic refrigerated transport. (The original pulp and jam can be stored for 2 year at room temperature.)
Aseptic packaging technology is a new packaging technology in which the packaging, the packaged materials, the packaging auxiliary materials and the instruments are filled under sterile conditions and filled in a sterile environment. Our patented product "volumetric aseptic filling machine" uses cylinder type piston metering. Compared with the traditional weighing and flow meter filling machine, this equipment is equipped with a cylinder. The telescopic shaft of the cylinder is connected to the piston rod through a slider. The piston rod drives the piston to move the material and transport the material. And once the stroke of the cylinder is set, the amount of material extracted will be fixed, thereby enabling quantitative filling of the material.
