Today announced the launch of its advanced tomato paste concentration line, featuring multi-effect vacuum evaporation technology for industrial-scale production. The new system addresses growing global demand for energy-efficient tomato concentrate manufacturing while preserving natural color, flavor, and nutritional content.
The concentration line employs forward-feed multi-effect evaporation configuration, reducing steam consumption by up to 70% compared to single-effect systems. Operating under vacuum conditions at 50-60°C, the system prevents caramelization and browning while preserving heat-sensitive compounds including lycopene and vitamin C.
The system can be configured with 3 to 5 effects based on production requirements. Key components include pre-heating system, multi-effect vacuum evaporator, condenser, tubular sterilizer, and aseptic filling system compatible with 220L Bag-in-Drum packaging.
Process options include hot break (above 85°C) for high-viscosity paste and cold break (60-70°C) for lower-viscosity products. Final product ranges from 28-38°Brix with ambient-temperature shelf life exceeding 24 months.
The line features full PLC automation with Siemens control systems, CIP/SIP capability, and optional Digital Twin simulation technology for process optimization. All product-contact parts are manufactured from SUS304 stainless steel with CE certification.
Processing capacities range from 100kg/h to 1500 tons of fresh fruit per day with complete turnkey services including plant design, installation, commissioning, and operator training
